About the event
A women’s circle is a safe, supportive space where women come together to connect, share, and grow without judgment. It’s a place to be seen and heard, to explore your inner world, and to reconnect with your true self in a nurturing environment.
Within the circle, we may explore a variety of topics including journalling (with guided prompts to deepen self-awareness), shadow work (gently uncovering and understanding hidden parts of yourself), confidence building, self-worth, boundaries, and stepping into your personal power.
Each session also includes guided meditation to help you ground and connect भीतर, followed by a soothing sound bath to relax the body, calm the mind, and support emotional release.
No experience is needed—just come as you are.
